Assalamualaikum, all animal lover friends, how are you? May Allah always bless and bless you all. On this occasion I want to participate in the challenge organized by Steem of Animals about animal welfare.
| What do you think about the use of animals for human benefit, such as in the fashion, entertainment and consumer products industries? |

As we know, animals are very useful and important in human life, for example the use of animals for humans to fulfill food needs as good nutrition for the body, namely animal protein. Apart from that, animals can also be used as non-food raw materials such as leather to make bags, wool for blankets and silk for clothing.
In my opinion, the exploitation of animals which are usually used for entertainment, brings burdens to both humans and animals, to the point of making some of their organs and fur into a product and carrying out scientific practices on animals is a bad action towards animals, animals that are used unethically are definitely will be forced and they will suffer.
In fact, nowadays there are many products with sophisticated technology that we can use in the fashion sector without having to sacrifice animals and endanger these animals.

Many people use animal products made from fur and skin from animals, because they have several reasons why they choose animal products because of the warmth and comfort they feel when wearing them, as a fashion and lifestyle, product quality and trends. Likewise, they use ivory as decoration and home decoration for social status and style.
This practice is very unethical and in my personal opinion people who use animal products and those who produce them should have a higher level of awareness because as a result of their actions many animals suffer, die and also like elephants this can cause their population to be threatened with extinction.
| What can individuals do to contribute to protecting animals from exploitation? |

It is very important for us and every other individual to contribute and look after each other in protecting animals from exploitation practices which result in their extinction due to unethical actions towards animal welfare.
The first thing we have to do is provide education and knowledge about the serious actions and impacts that are being carried out. We must always support environmental conservation for the sake of ecosystem continuity, create captive breeding and the government must make laws to protect animals and protect them from exploitative practices.

Tal como señala, hoy en día no puede haber ninguna razón para que exista el maltrato hacia los animales. Nuestra evolución tecnológica nos ha proporcionado herramientas y recursos suficientes para que evitemos utilizar a los animales con propósitos que no son estrictamente necesarios para la subsistencia. Sin embargo, todavía persiste, debido a nuestra inconciencia, el abuso en contra de estos seres vivos. Es necesario entonces tomar conciencia de una vez para que esta situación no continúe... Éxitos, amigo.
