  • Brother morning walk is very beneficial for our health. Because I believe that self-interest is the root of all happiness. If your health is properly good then you can concentrate on your work properly and complete the work well. And yes of course prayer is a very important worship for us Muslims. May Allah Almighty sent us to this world to worship Him so it is good that you prayed. Sounds like noodles were really fun on your food list.
