“Steemit Engagement Challenge S11-W4 | Happy World Cat Day"
Hello Steemians! Warm welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11 week 4 in the Steem Of Animals community. The topic of this challenge is "Happy World Cat Day". So let's start without any more delay of time.
As we all know that the cat is a domestic animal which some people keep at their houses because they love them and like to spend their time with them. To be honest I'm a cat lover not a cat keeper. Yes I like cats but don't want to keep them with me. There are several cats which roam around in my house and outside the house but I never paid any special attention to them. Sometimes I make them eat food etc. or try to get them out if they are in trouble.
I think that if we want to keep a pet like cat with us it kind of puts a responsibility on us As we have to take special care of their food, drink, comfort and health etc. I personally don't like to spend time with cats. More ever I like to spend my time in doing any productive activities such as playing sports and like to spend my time with my friends in place of keeping cats and spend my time with them. So that is why I'm not a cat keeper.
Well! I think that the cats are unconditional friends because they are also very sincere animals just like dogs. Around me I have saw many people who keep cats in their houses and then due their love, care and support the cats make a strong bonding with their owners. Which may results as an unconditional friends. It is my personal experience that Once upon a time there was a cat in our house which used to dirty the dishes and other untensils etc.
So I caught it and left it very far away from my house and I didn't think that this cat would ever come back but something. After a while the cat came back and I think this is the result of the unconditional love and friendship that this cat had from my family because often my mother and younger siblings would give him bread and food.
More ever as we know that the cats like to eat the insects and other reptiles such as rats so they save us from the harms of these insects and that things a best friend do for us. So I think that is the act of showing love for us by the cats. In addition the cats displays some levels of loyalty and love by chasing the harmful insects and remove them from the environment. So I think that the cats are uncomfortable friends of human.
Just like Humans and other animals the proper welfare for the cats is necessary but unfortunately in my country Pakistan the people don't pay any attention to the pet animals especially cats. In the area where I live after dogs, cats are the most common in the streets and markets. You will even see a couple of cats in every house. However there are no any special organizations which are working for the welfare of that beautiful creatures cats.
As whole we should take some serious steps and attention to save that beautiful pets and reduce their extinction rate because the cats are the important part of our society. The following steps we can take for the welfare of cats and other pets.
We should raise the awareness about the cats adoption and about their importance.
If you want to adopt a cat your should try to adopt that cat which is wandering around you like in Streets and at other places.
The government should build some special health care centers for cats to provide them better cure of their disease.
The cat owners should take care of providing proper nutrition and healthy diets to their cats.
Yes there are several myths which are developed in my community regarding cats But it is not develop yet. I have been hearing such things from my ancestors for a long time. The one of the famous myth about the cats is that "If a black cat crosses your path, this journey can be very harmful for you and you may face difficulties in your life." To be honest I don't think there is any truth to these myths Because this age is the talk of the age of ignorance and there is nothing like that in reality.

It's true pet is a kind of responsible because you have to give time for food with love and care and you said that you don't not interested in all of that 😁😁,well I am a cat lover specially my little son Hasan really happy with cats company.
About myths belongs to cat 😺 never trust in all no one had power to decide your good or bad except Allah .

I've also heard of the myth of black cats on the highway as you've already mentioned. But I don't believe in it because these are myths and stories of ancient people that cannot be proven.

Es bueno cuando la persona es sincera y madura referente a las decisiones que va a tomar en la vida como en este caso que a usted le gustan mucho los gatos pero no desea tenerlo con usted, hay muchas personas que deciden tener este tipo de animales sus hogares pero no los cuidan muy bien.
Tienes razón cuando dice que el gobierno debería de crear espacios para tener saludables a estos animales.
