There are 6 tips for maintaining children's health that I will tell all of my friends, namely

A. START THE DAY WITH BREAKFAST

Breakfast is the most important thing that must be accustomed to children, because eating breakfast will make children always energetic and of course will really help them develop more in the habit of eating breakfast.

In addition to breakfast, make sure the children are also in the habit of eating highly nutritious foods in every breakfast, these nutritious foods are foods that contain protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins, and if possible, have children eat alkaline foods every morning so that the process of better digestion.

It is indeed a difficult thing for children to be able to enjoy breakfast, especially if the child does not have the discipline in this regard, then as a parent, of course, you will be able to invite your child every day, and this habit will also be created and will support discipline for our children.

B. INVITE CHILDREN TO START EAT HEALTHY FOOD
