Food Challengue fo Children week#6 | African Salad| #Club5050 | 10% To Steemkids
Hello friends, this weeks food challenge is going to be wo, tasty, yummy and among all delicious and good looking meals.
This week, I'm going to be preparing a dish known as Abacha or African Salad. Abacha is a meal that is prepared with dried shredded cassava with other ingredients which makes it to tasty that you cant stop eating till uts the last.
How I Prepared Arican Salad - Abacha
Ingredients
- The abacha
- scent leaves
- Pepper
- Salt
- Tomatoes
- Eggs
- Onions
- Red oil
- Fish

Preparation: The frist thing I did was to put the shredded cassava (abacha) into hot water to get soft for cooking.
I washed the tomatoes and cut them into circles, washed the onions and cut them into rings, removed the bad side of the fish and peeled the boiled eggs. There're 4 eggs which i cut into smaller sizes

My mom help me to cut the leaves and the pepper and made some of the fish into a puree. We had fish puree, hahaha
Cooking: After having preapared all the ingredients it was now time for cooking the meal. I had to fry somethings first. I added oil, after the oil got hot, I added the onions and the other ingredients one by one. Onions> pepper> fish> the vegetable. . . >Abacha

I now added the shredded cassava which has been soaked into the recipe. By this time, im almost done. I used a torner to stir the food very well.

I added other ingredients raw to the food to give more nutrition and making it look so so tasty
After cooking I dish the food for eating. It was so delicious. Come join me to have a taste of African Salad.
