Hello fellow Steemians. Welcome to the week 52 of this challenge. Here if like to share with you how to make vegetable soup, known in my dialect as edikan ikong.
As usual, we'll begin by looking at the ingredients needed to prepare this soup.
Ingredients
Vegetables (pumpkin leaves) Waterleaves Beef Cowskin CrayfishMaggi
Pepper
Fish
Salt
Stockfish etc
Benefits
The soup, like my mom would tell me, gives blood. It acts as blood booster.
The leaves alone freshly squeezed is very nutritious she provides some minerals for the body.
It also helps in strengthening bones.
When to eat
This good can be eaten mostly in the afternoon. For some, they don't mind eating this at anytime.
