Steemit Engagement Challenge S6/W2 - Food Diary game (My daily food in pictures)
Hello steemians, I welcome you once again to my blog. Today is yet another day for me to take part in the steemit engagement challenge contest here in this noble community. For this week we were asked to share our food diary game. So relax as I share with you all the food I ate today been the 3rd of December 2022.
Breakfast
Immediately I woke up from bad, after my meditation, I took my bath then I took a cup of coffee because eating food in the early hours of the day is usually hard for me. I prepared my coffee with hot water and hot chocolate drink. Preparing my coffee is very simple and it just took me a few seconds to prepare it. First I added a cup of water into a clean pot, then I place it on fire, after some seconds the water boiled the way I wanted it then I took my sachet hot chocolate drink, put it into my tea cup after which I added the hot water into the cup then I stir it with my teaspoon.

I always take coffee in the morning because it makes my brain function so well and also it's given me the strength to carry out my activities for the day well.
Lunch
My lunch for today was moimoi, ooh yes I ate Moi Moi for lunch and it was prepared by @ishayachris. Today was my free day. After my laundry I decided to check up on this my dear friend. Reaching their apartment I found out that he was preparing this special delicacy that it has been a long I ate so after he finished cooking he served me a plate of moimoi and I enjoyed it to the fullest. It was so yummy 😋

The nomoi was prepared with beans, pepper, Maggie cubes, cry fish, onions, palm oil, and salt. this meal is one of my favorite meals and I enjoy eating it often but since I changed my location I have not gotten enough time to prepare it myself but I was so glad that my friend prepared it.

For dinner, I ate rice and stew. The food was prepared by my friend esther, when I was living the house to Chris's place I left her at home preparing stew so Immediately I came back home around 4:00 pm she served me the rice, I was not that hungry but she insisted that I should eat something before I go to bed so I ate a small portion of the rice she gave me and I drank one cup of water for proper digestion.

Ooh No, I don't know what I will eat tomorrow but sure I know that I will take a cup of coffee in the morning before I will eat any other meal. Since I started my work I don't usually have time to maintain my diet because the work is stressful and time-consuming for that reason I can not say what I will eat for the next day.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I'm so happy to share my food diary with you all on this very day. And I also want to invite my friends to come and share their food diary with us. @ishayachris @mjerry and @bellan5038
