DANGERS OF INACTION.

One of my friends during our college days always said; “You can choose to avoid an action, but you cannot avoid the outcome that comes as a result of avoiding the action.” This means that you can decide not to take action, but it also comes with consequences that you have to bear.

Things don't happen for no reason. Like Newton said, for every change in state or motion, there must have been a cause. Many people decide not to take action in point where they are supposed to do so, and because of that, so many things keep going wrong. Just like the old saying “When good people choose not to act in the face of evil, bad deeds will continue to have the upper hand.”

The only thing necessary for negativity to persist is when those who must act positively choose not to. Remember that to make changes, you must agree to take the action.

Nobody can win a game or a match by sitting on the bench. If he is to be crowned a winner, he must have entered the competition. If he refuses to act when others do, the reward will elude him. The truth is that refusing victory means automatically accepting falsely. As people often say: If you decide not to plan, you are indirectly planning to fail.

You may have a choice, like the free will given to you, to act or not to act. However, your choices will always have consequences and you will have no choice but to accept. Some people are often afraid to take risks, perhaps because they do not know what the outcome will be. They need to know that even if you don't take a risk, you are still taking a risk.

So why not embrace it and prepare for impact? It should be noted that doing something, no matter how little is more beneficial than doing nothing and expecting a form of success. Imagine a farmer who decides to spend the entire growing season sleeping without planting anything, and still expect to have some harvest. In the harvest season there will be no harvest for him.

If you want the output, you have to give the input. People need to understand that inaction is also a form of action and that for every action that occurs, a reaction and an outcome will follow. So bear this in mind when next you are a faced with a situation that you need to make a decision on.
