Dear friends and all community moderators. Today is Wednesday, August 17, 2022, which is the 77th anniversary of the independence of our country, Indonesia. We also carry out a series of activities at school to welcome this historic day.

The implementation of the independence day ceremony this year is very different from several previous years. If some time ago before the emergence of covid-19, the ceremony was held at our sub-district soccer field where every school student in this sub-district also attended the field.

However, this year the ceremony was held in each school at the direction of the respective Education Offices. So on this occasion we do it with great joy.

Today's independence ceremony moments

It is the children who become the ceremonial officers on this independence day as in the ceremony every Monday. The ceremony took place safely and solemnly.

As usual, after the ceremony was over, the children shook hands with the teacher until it was finished.

While mourning listening to national songs

Then I also played independence songs using loudspeakers for the children to listen to as a form of their love for their homeland.

After listening to some songs while the children and the teacher board took a break. Only then did we collect the children again to hand over consolation prizes to the winners of the competition that we held two days ago.

The awarding of prizes was fun and successful, even though we only gave the children a few notebooks according to the winners they got in yesterday's competition.

The distribution of the consolation prizes ended at 09.30 more than 30 minutes Western Indonesia Time. After that, the principal of the school also delivered a few words of welcome which then the children were invited to go home.
