I must say that you were looking very cute with your hairstyle and your bows. On other hand I do understand what you mean, as parents we never think what our children feel, we love them how they are cute and beautiful hair. This hairstyle is also something that keeps hair away from face and it is practical when in school reading of writing, I believe that was maybe the aim of our parents to make it convenient.

We do not think the same when we are young although some of those wisdom tips we use later as grown up.
