The Diary Game || 5-04-24 || Working Out With Steemit [Healthy Living]

One of the most overlooked form of healthy living by many is exercise/work out. I've not always been a fan of this as I do have severe pains in my joints, arms and legs after the exercise. As a medical practitioner, working out is very good and helps control aging and also keep one fit and strong. When there's no motivation, you remain indoors. I later changed this mentality when a Steemian told me to give in a try. This is how my day went

Morning Activities

As early as 6Am that morning, I took to waking up that early to embark on this workout at a recreational center in my street. Leaving early helps in breathing in that cold, natural air which is very good for the breathing and calmness if the heart. I prepared to go for this workout with my son who was also ready.

My neighbour came to my house to join us in the workout. We all went in troop down to that place. We did trekking for close to 15 minutes until we finally got there. On reaching there, the place was as scanty and calm as a graveside. We were allowed since it's a community property. While waiting for @ngoenyi and others to come as she's our Coach, we starting jogging round a big field.

I did Timing from 6:28Am-6:50Am. It was aching but I did it slowly so I won't have to feel the pain before the main exercise starts. After completing 30 rounds, our coach came and we assembled to follow her lead. She actually inspired me to go about with this workout as it would help a lot, this I know but always feeling lazy to do so. We started by stretching our bodies and getting ready for the exercise proper.....

All others were just testing. This was the main. We then took to stretching our bodies as shown in the picture below. It was something we **needed a lot of stamina or else, we'll fall. This is me jogging forward and backwards. We then took to fine tuning before doing pull up stretches.

I was already feeling the pain because the exercise was getting even more strenuous. I just had to endure although it wasn't easy for me like this. **The next exercise was the pull up stretches which had us bend and then stretch our legs backwards. After carrying out this workout, took to entering the farm to do some harvests in my plot, a small plot though. That was how my day ended......
