STEEMKIDS COMMUNITY HAS JUST EXECUTED HER FIRST CHARITY PROJECT, TOUCHING THE LIVES OF THE DISABLED STUDENTS IN AKWANGA NASARAWA STATE NIGERIA

Hello beautiful ones, it was just last month that our representatives, @peachyladiva, @patirnce90 and @charis20 went to the school of deaf and dumb in Akwanga Nasarawa State to make findings of what we can do for the pupils. Please, visit this post again to learn their findings.

They reported that the school went on break after we waited for the school administrator to give us list of what they need. When the school finally reopened, we were given the list, here is it

We looked into it and decided to get a white board for them. Them we made enquiries through @charis20 and patience90. Thank goodness that it was something we could afford but not with the community fund because there is no money yet.

The Admins and MODs decided to make contributions so as to carry out this life touching project. We were able to raise the fund. The contributions were made voluntarily. Below are the evidence of the donations

But we sent 80 steem for exchange and we got 13280NGN which we sent to @charis20 and she was able to get a medium size white board.

This was the list of what she spent.

We were supposed to balance her 500NGN, but she decided to use that as her own part of the contribution.

We are so happy that we have been able to put a little smile on the faces of those kids there through the school.

We will continue to touch the lives of kids through steemit.
