Family plays an important role in our life. Be it happiness or sorrow, family support is important in everything. In bad times, family gives you courage to fight difficulties, also spending time with family reduces daily fatigue and stress. Even spending time with family helps your mental development. By living and spending time among family, a person learns many life experiences. Besides, this also maintains mutual love in relationships. But in the present times, busy lifestyle, work stress, things like mobile and laptop have reduced the importance of spending time with family. Very few of us are able to spend time with family. But in bad times or difficult situations, one always remembers the family.

When all the people in your family spend time together, it improves and their relationships becomes stronger and builds trust in relationships. Also, if this also maintains balance and happiness in people's lives. This increases respect for each other and provides an opportunity to learn life experiences. Also, when you spend family time with your children, it has a positive impact on your children too. Their enthusiasm increases and mental health also improves.

Remain tension free

When you have family support, your confidence reaches sky high. You always feel safe among your family, and so stress reduces .

One good thing about spending time with family is that your children also learn a lot from it. When children spend more time in the family, they also do not misbehave with anyone. Instead, they notice things in the family, learn the good things and try to stay away from the bad things.

By living in a family, we learn to raise children better.

Spending time with family helps you learn better ways of parenting. They learn to deal with mutual differences and conflicts. They become good parents later on .

What I do ♡

1 -While talking on the phone, always answer the call with your left ear. According to a scientists , due to answering the phone with the left ear the frequency remains the best and the effect of radio active rays is greatly reduced.

2 -Every morning after waking up, the first thing you should do is drink one to two glasses of lukewarm water. It is very important to detoxify the body and clean the stomach.

3 -You should drink tea only after eating something for breakfast, otherwise it can prove to be harmful for health.

4 -People suffering from constipation must have papaya in the evening. Apart from this, relief from constipation can also be gained by consuming fiber rich foods.

5 -To take good care of your teeth, brush your teeth before sleeping at night and also drink a glass of water before sleeping.

6 - Never drink water while eating food. This has an adverse effect on the digestive system and you can't eat a full meal. Always drink water only half an hour after eating food.

7 - Do not keep your mobile phone near you while sleeping at night. The radioactive rays connected to it can harm your brain while you sleep.

8 -Do exercise or practice yoga every day.
