We have a variety of foods on our menu every day. Some of these foods are made with nutritional aspects in mind and some are made to bring out the different flavors of the food. Today, Friday 10-11-23, my family and I made a food list remembering this theme. Let's review my food diary dated 10-11-23. I hope you will stay with me until the end.

Morning time: -
  • Bread: -

Flour bread is made as breakfast today. Flour is made from wheat. Wheat is a nutritious food. It contains a lot of protein and carbohydrate calories which are essential for our body.

  • Vegetables: -

A vegetable is prepared for eating roti. The vegetable is made with potato, tomato, and dal. These are the main ingredients. Also, soybean oil, salt, coriander leaves, yellow pepper, and spices are required to make it. Here also we see the presence of different vitamins calories and potassium in different types of items.

Noon time: -

The list of lunch included rice, chicken, almonds, etc. Rice is made from rice. Rice is a food rich in carbohydrates calories protein fat etc. Rice is also our staple food.

  • Nuts-Almond: -

A variety of seasonings are needed to eat rice. As a part of it, almond bharta is first made. Almonds contain a lot of protein and fat. To make Almond bharta, you need almonds, onions, garlic, coriander leaves, and mustard oil. The bharta made with a mixture of these items is very tasty to eat. Again, the lack of nutrition is also removed. It has a lot of calories protein fat and carbohydrate.

Chicken meat is a non-vegetarian food. It is not only delicious but also a nutritious food. We found different types of nutrition in chicken meat like Calories protein fat fiber potassium Cholesterol fiber. No one does not like food prepared with different combinations of spices.

  • Mixed Noodles:-
    The popularity of noodles is in all countries of the world. It is difficult to find someone who does not like noodles. It is popular as a delicious food on the one hand and it is a nutritious food on the other hand. If it is mixed with potato, carrot, cauliflower, tomato, egg, chicken, onion, and soybean oil, then its taste and nutritional quality are increased to a great extent. One such meal is made as a famous evening food.

  • Egg filling: -

I added two more items to dinner. One is egg bharta. This chart is made by boiling eggs and mixing onion, coriander leaves, black pepper, etc. The egg is a protein-rich food with vitamins, minerals, and fat. It becomes more delicious when the filling is made.

  • Tomato Chutney: -
Tomato is a type of vegetable. This nutritious vegetable contains a lot of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and fiber. It is also made into a mixed chutney flavored with onion, pepper, and coriander leaves. Eating it with rice increases the taste of rice manifold.

Conclusion: -

When I look at my food list from 10-11-23, I see that there is a combination of nutritious foods as well as food prepared with the taste of the food in mind.
