The favourite food dish for my family is chicken Balado. This dish is a dish with the main ingredient is chicken that is fried and then mixed with balado seasoning. The chicken meat that is processed by frying and tender is very suitable to be combined with the distinctive balado seasoning.

This chicken balado dish is most often eaten by me and my family and is very.liked by all family members especially the children. We usually eat this dish as a side dish and eat it with rice and other complementary vegetables.

As for what makes the food dish chicken balado delicious taste is because of the balado seasoning used. Balado seasoning consists of the following ingredients:
1. red chilli
2. shallots
3. Tomato
4. Garlic

All the ingredients are mashed and sautéed in hot oil, and a pinch of salt and sugar is added. After the balado seasoning is cooked, the tender chicken meat that has previously been fried is put into the balado seasoning, mixed and stirred until the chicken meat is mixed with all the balado seasoning.

The chilli ingredients used in the seasoning provide a spicy taste while the onions provide a savoury taste and the tomatoes provide a sour and sweet taste to balance the spicy red chilli taste, the combination of all the ingredients of the balado seasoning makes the chicken balado dish very delicious.

Chicken balado became our family's favourite because the main ingredient chicken is an ingredient that is liked by all family members, and is a delicious side dish as a main dish, with tender meat and rich protein, besides the processing is also easy.

While balado is a typical Indonesian seasoning that is my family's favourite seasoning, almost every day we eat dishes using balado seasoning such as shrimp balado, egg balado and fish balado all of which are other food dishes that we also like.

When gathering with family such as a joint dinner event or at certain other events we choose the main food that is liked and can be enjoyed by all family members, namely chicken balado food dishes, so that when eating together everyone feels satisfied and happy.
