Procedure
Pick your beans and remove the bad ones and stones.
Pick your rice if you're cooking local rice and remove the bad ones and stones.
Wash and parboil your beans for about 10minutes.
Wash and parboil your rice for about 15minutes.
Slice your onions and pepper and set aside.
Wash, slice or cut your tomatoes
Mix the processed satchet tomato with the fresh one.
Wash the beans and cook it till it's tender.
Beans takes more time to get done than rice and that is the essence of cooking it more.
When the beans is done, add groundnut oil to the pot.
When the oil gets hot, add salt and the sliced onions and garlic to the pot. Fry until the onions and garlic looks crystal.
Fry for a while and add blended crayfish, seasoning cubes and curry powder.
Fry the tomatoes for a while.
Add enough water to cook the rice and beans.
When the water boils, add the rice and beans.
Stir the food very well and allow it to cook.
Lower the heat so it doesn't burn.
When the food is done, check for salt, stir and then turn off the heat.
Your Jollof rice and beans is ready.
