hi guys how are you doing, I believe you all are doing great so guys today I have decided to share another amazing contest with us.

its all about cooking, it's being a while since I share this with you so today it going to be about cooking beans with plantain.

so guys I will display below how to cook beans with plantain, also I understand that we all have our own amazing way of preparing this same meal so this here is my own different technique

steps

---

the first step here is that I carefully select the beans by separating the sand from the beans, and also some of the unwanted particles that is in the beans.

after that I put it on fire and boil it so I could wash it with the warm water to minimize the protein in it so that it should not be too concentrated to avoid putting me in toilet😂.

Then I now bring out my plantain and then I satrt pulling it, I carefully did the pilling because it was a ribe plantain to avoid making it rough.

_and then I wash and cut the plantain then I put them all in a plate.

then I now take the beans out from fire and then I change the water from it using my filter, then I put it back again on fire and then put water again an let it there to cook.

i now waited for few minutes and then I start put in some condiments, and then I cover it then I also wait a little at least for some minute for it to boil.

after that I now pour the plantain inside the pot and then I cook it, then I live it on fire for it to boil again at this point it is for the condiments to mix with the plantain.

after that I now pour in my cooking oil then I wait for 2minutes and then I take it off fire.
