FOOD DIARY (16-12-2024) WEEK 144- ENJOY DELICIOUS FOOD
Hello my dear friends,
Friends, you all are very welcome to today's food diary post of mine. I hope you all are healthy and safe. Today I am sharing my food diary in this beautiful competition. We all consume many types of food every day. In our day, we have breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. But we also eat snacks several times during the day. Whenever we feel hungry, we eat something.
Today I am sharing my food diary from yesterday in this community. Although we eat home-cooked food every day, sometimes we feel like eating outside and sometimes we even eat outside food. Today I am telling you about some delicious food that I ate yesterday and enjoyed the delicious food.

Our day starts with breakfast. So yesterday I woke up at 7 in the morning. I woke up, brushed my teeth, took bath and then went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Yesterday for breakfast, my husband and I had chapatti, biscuits and sev mamra with tea. My child wakes up early in the morning, so I do not get time to prepare breakfast in the morning, so I make breakfast like this in the morning.

I had not eaten much for breakfast in the morning so I was hungry. I had rice, onion and potato curry along with fenugreek curry in my lunch. Mostly people like to eat this vegetable with chapati. But I like this vegetable with rice and I eat mostly rice in my diet. I eat chapati a lot. Therefore only rice was eaten with these two vegetables.

I may have eaten anything in the afternoon but I feel hungry every day in the evening and I feel like eating something in the evening. Many things are available to eat outside our house even in the evening. I wanted to eat Chinese food for a long time. But whenever I went to buy it, the Chinese shop was closed. But yesterday this shop was open so I had bought Chinese food from there and had also bought Aloo Puri from another place. After coming home I ate both these things. Both of these were very tasty to eat.

I prepared many things for dinner yesterday. Yesterday my mom and dad had come to my house. That's why I had prepared all these things for him. In yesterday's dinner, I had chicken, corn chapatti, rice, chicken biryani, papad and also onion salad which I had prepared by chopping onion and adding salt and lemon juice to it. In fact, all the food was delicious and there was a lot of fun in eating and after so many days, I got to eat with my parents, hence my happiness increased a lot yesterday.
