- Everyone likes to eat delicious food. And it is also good to cook delicious food at home. It is the daily work of all women to cook the best food in their homes. Today I am sharing my today's recipe in front of you. Today I am sharing a very easy recipe with you. Today I am telling you the method of this recipe and how to make Vegetable Rice. All of us must be making this recipe at our home. But the way of making it is different for everyone.

- Now we will start making Vegetable Rice. To make rice, first, take Basmati rice and clean it. Then we will do hot water. We will put basmati rice in hot water. Put a little salt in it and keep the rice to boil. While the rice is boiling, we will prepare the ingredients for the Vegetable Rice. We will wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Then we will cut it and keep it on a plate.
- Now we will take out the boiled rice in a vessel. Now we will take a cooker to make Vegetable Rice. Will keep oil in it for heating. We will put some cumin seeds in the oil. Then we will put ginger-garlic paste, onion, green chilies, potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, sugar grains, and all the vegetables in the oil.
- We will mix all the vegetables and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt as per taste, and spices and mix it now. Now we will close the lid of the cooker and let the vegetables cook. Till then we will enhance its decoration by adding green coriander to the rice. Then we will open the lid of the cooker and see the vegetables. After the vegetables are cooked, we will add Basmati rice.
- Now put the rice and let it stay on low flame for a while. After a while, we will open the lid of the cooker and see. So friends, now our vegetable rice is ready. We will take out the rice on a plate and eat it. I like vegetable rice very much. Vegetable rice is made tasty even today. We can have buttermilk with vegetable rice. Due to this, it looks even more delicious.
