Friends, you all are very welcome in today's beautiful competition. Hope you all are safe. Today once again I am participating in this wonderful competition. I like participating in such competitions very much. Today I am sharing a recipe with you that you will like. Today we will make sago and potato pakoras. We all like to eat such hot pakoras in this pleasant weather. Yesterday was Sunday and it was raining heavily outside also. That's why I made these hot pakoras for breakfast. This recipe is best for breakfast. These taste very good to eat. I hope you like this recipe of mine.

Sabudana | 100 grams |
Potato | 5 |
Red chilli powder | 2 spoons |
Coriander Powder | 2 spoons |
Turmeric Powder | 1 tsp |
Masala | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Corn Flour | 4 spoons |
orange color | as needed |
oil | as needed |
water | as needed |
First of all we have to soak the sago in water for an hour. Till then we have to boil the potatoes well in water. After boiling the potatoes, remove the peels and mash the potatoes well.
Add soaked sago to mashed potatoes. After that we have to add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and spices.
Mix all the spices well. After that we have to add corn flour. Adding corn flour makes it taste better.
We also have to add a little orange color. So that the pakoras look good. We have to heat oil in a pan. After the oil is heated, we have to fry the pakoras. We have to keep the gas flame high while frying the pakoras.
So , friends, this is how we have to prepare sago pakoras. Here I have prepared pakoras. This is a very easy recipe which all of you can make easily. It looks very tasty to eat. Eating it with tomato sauce enhances its tasty .
