Food challenge contest week #63|| how to make healthy pasta@parineeta

Hello, my fellow steemian. I hope everything in your life is going as you wanted. My life is also going well. We'll go to the food challenge adventure, and I'm back with my participation. Today I cooked an easy and simple Pasta masala recipe using instant pasta masala, which is from the brand Maggi.

Masala Pasta is an Indian-Italian dish that said to have originated on India's streets as a street food. It is not a traditional dish, but it is a favourite and is made in practically every Indian home, especially with children.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

  • Instant pasta masala pack
  • carrot
  • Oregano
  • Chilly flakes

  • Butter

  • Cheese

LET'S START THE RECIPE:

First of all wash the carrot properly and then cut the carrot into pieces, then switch on the flame of your cooktop then boil pasta along with carrot, add little salt and oil, then boil for 2 - 3 minutes. Because it is instant pasta so i have boil both carrot and pasta. If you are taken other pasta then you should only boil pasta .

Step2

After finishing boil , strain the water from the pasta ,on the other side in a pan heat butter , then add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, i have not added because my son doesn't like these ingredients in paasta , i am making it for son , so i skipped this process and directly added paasta.

Step3

After frying paasta for 2-3 minutes, then add the masala which is provide inside the packet. Then add little amount of water, here i am using the water straining from the pasta. Then i have one table spoon tomato ketchup and a slice of cheese ,after the cheese melt down, i mix all the ingredients and then lastly added oregano and chilly flakes, then again mix all the ingredients properly. Now it's done 👍.

IMPACTS ON HEALTH AND WHEN IT EATEN :
  • Pasta contains fibre, which is necessary for the body's digestive system to function properly. According to numerous scientific studies, fibre is also responsible for lowering the risk of diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, as well as lowering the level of bad cholesterol.

  • Pasta made from whole wheat can keep your stomach full for a long time, lowering the likelihood of binge eating. Carbohydrates in pasta might also provide you with enough energy to get you through the most of your day.

  • According to one study, the chemicals and nutrients in pasta can help lessen the incidence of some cancers such as stomach and colon cancer. It also lowers the chance of a heart attack by reducing cholesterol.

  • Pasta is often made of wheat, as previously stated. As a result, pasta contains essentially no fat. 100 grammes of pasta may contain as little as 1-2 grammes of fat, which is extremely low. Lowering your fat intake can help you lose weight faster.

Pasta is delicious at any time of day, including morning if that's what you want something on lunch then , Lunchtime sauces should be thicker and richer, while dinnertime sauces should be lighter.
