Hello dear steemian mate. Hope all is well in your life. My life is also running properly. We will reach the journey of food challenge, i am again here to drop my participation. Today i have made easy and mouth watering hence summer freindly recipe. Hope you gonna injoy it.

Yes,you are right it's mint chutney with mango . Green chutney is the most popular in Indian kitchens and is created on a regular basis. During the winter, it is mainly made with coriander and lemon, but as summer approaches, the market is filled with good quality raw mangoes and fresh mint. During the summer, fresh mint, coriander, and raw mangoes are used to make chutney.

Ingredients for the recipe

  • Mint
  • Raw mango
  • Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt
  • Mustard oil

Let's start the short and simple recipe

Step 1

Take pudina leaves and remove the hard stems from the leaves and Wash the leaves twice in a strainer and dry them until the water drips out.

Step2

Consider raw mango. Remove the skin and pulp of the mango. Cut the pulp into little pieces to make it easier to ground.

Step3

Place the mango pieces in the mixer jar to grind. Add the pudina leaves, 1 teaspoon salt or to taste, 1 teaspoon black salt, half teaspoon cumin seeds, and 2 green chilies (properly washed ) and 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Pour little amount of water. Grind thoroughly.

The raw mango mint chutney making process is finished. Our chutney is ready to eat. It's looks very tempting, eat fresh is best. Refrigerate if needed; otherwise, consume the chutney within 2-3 days.

Health benefits and when it's consume

The chutney comprises green mango, all of which are high in vitamin C and aid to enhance our immune system. This chutney aids in the removal of inflammation from the body, leaving the body feeling more better and stronger from inside.

  • Helps Relieve Indigestion: Pudina is high in phytonutrients and antioxidants, which have been shown to improve digestion. This herb contains menthol, which stimulates the release of bile salts and acids into the digestive tract. It also operates on the smooth muscles of the stomach, assisting in the reduction of gas caused by indigestion.

  • Mint leaves have significant quantities of salicylic acid, which is believed to help with acne and blemishes.

  • Relieve monthly water retention: Mint leaves' diuretic activity helps relieve fluid retention, and its anti-inflammatory effects help reduce any discomfort in your stomach.

  • Mint extracts inhibit xanthine oxidase, an enzyme involved in the creation of uric acid as well as the production of oxidative stress, which adds to the pathogenesis of the disease.

It is consume any time with condiment for basic boiled delicacies like potatoes or chickpeas. It is also served on the side with rice and dal on lunch and dip for fried appetisers.
