What do you know about Nigerian fufu?
Nigerian fufu is that special swallow that is prepared in different ways , today I will be teaching the simplest way to make odorless Nigerian fufu. Before I start do you know Nigerian fufu? Have you eaten it before?

Raw cassava
Making fufu can not be complete without getting cassava. After having cassava ready peel them well to get the whitish part. After then wash it thoroughly and sock in clean water in a deep rubber container cover it to heat up. At this point some people can leave the fufu to ferment on its own,but it's believed the one that fermented on its own has little smell compared to this one I'm teaching today.

After socking the fufu for three days , it will become somehow soft , it will be taken to engine for grinding.

After grinding the fufu it will be socked again before filtering. When the whole filtering is done the bag will be tied well for the water to drain out. If the water has drained out enough the filtered fufu will become strong and ready for frying.

This is the final stage of fufu, after this process your Nigerian fufu is ready for consumption with any soup.
