Food Challenge Contest: Week #48| For Kids And Parents| Banana & Pineapple Smoothie
It's another wonderful food/drink challenge. It's nice being here again after sometime. Happy New Year to everyone in this wonderful community. Today, I will share how I made a yummy drink we know as smoothie.
Smoothies are general healthy drinks because it contains natural products(fruits). And it can be gotten anywhere or bought with small amount of money.
The ingredients I used are;
Banana
Pineapple
Three crown tin milk
Water
- First, I washed the bought fruits with water and peel the banana.
- I went ahead and diced it so it can break down easily and fat in the blender.
- Then, I put bits by bits in the blender and allowed it to blend.
- While it's blending, I add the milk and water.
- Few minutes and it's done, I then transfer it into my disposable cup and let it seat in the freezer for a while to get chill, before finally enjoying it.
This smoothie is enjoyed by all except you have dislike for one of the fruit, you can exchange it with another fruit of your choice.
smoothie improves your skin.
Taking smoothie prevents your body from dehydration.
It's very good for weight lose journey and its a good body detoxify drink.
This drink makes you feel full all day, thereby controlling your cravings.
It aids digestion.
Smoothies are good sources of antioxidants.
It provides the body with vitamins.
