Hello everyone I am moyeon from India 🇮🇳 Today i am going to take part in the contest "Food challenge contest week #71 by honurable @steemkidss .

Because the name of this community is known by Steem Kids & Parents . It shows that we are cooking healthy food for adults and children.

Children are playful. They always like to eat spicy and fried, roasted and outside snacks. But this affects their health. It has a bad effect because our children do not understand that the kind of healthy food that is needed for the physical and mental development of them are known by only the elders of that house and they prepare such food which is tasty at the same time healthy as well.

Anyway, while participating in this food challenge today. I will make paneer paratha for my younger brother, which is very yummy and contains the nutrients of milk.

You can eat this paratha with chutney or pickle or you can eat it with any of your favorite vegetables. My younger brother likes to eat this paratha without vegetables and chutney. Then let's start making paneer paratha.
Process-

Step-1

First of all, I took some raw paneer in a bowl which I had removed from milk 1 day before. Even if you get it from outside, homemade paneer removes all doubts of being duplicate. After heating the milk, put the juice of a lemon in it. Both paneer and water get separated from the milk. Keep the Separated milk and the paneer in a strainer for some time. So that all the water gets separated from the paneer.

Step-2
Take wheat flour in a bowl and knead it with the help of water. And prepare dough.

Step-3
Now break a small lump of dough and roll it with the help of a rolling pin . Fill it inside with spicy paneer. Now make a ball again and roll it into a paratha with the help of a rolling pin.

Step-4
Now roast it on tawa with the help of oil.
