Apple Puree recipe for Babies//10% payout to steemkidss.

On my post today i'll be sharing this simple apple puree recipe that you can serve to babies from 6months of age, its simple and safe for consumption for babies.

Introduction

Apple fruit is a fruits of a All season i.e they are always available all day every everyday in the market, whole apple can be serve to baby from 6months age upwards which is assumed that by this age they would have started solids, pureed fruits is the best way to introduce various types of fruits to babies.

Puree Apple

Ingredients

1. AppleApple (1 medium sized)
2. Water
3. Cinnamon powder (optional)

Method
-> Firstly wash the apple fruits throughly under running water. I like to soak my fruits for few Minutes in salt water then i wash under running water.
-> peel of the apple skin, remove seeds and dice into small pieces

-> place diced apple in a pot and add just enough water to cover the apple and place over heat. Allow to cook for 15mins then turn off the heat. Leave to cool
Note:- you don't want to add too much, as this will make the apple less tasty, as draining excess water will wash away the fruits essential Vitamins.

-> Once cool, place in a blender, add your powdered Cinnamon and blend until smooth.
Add water to arrive at your desired consistency
-> pour into plate for immediate feeding, or you can pour in a jar to store in a freezer.
