This community is growing by the day, welcoming new kids from all works of life, creating awareness of Steemit Platform to many schools in all localities where Steemians live. That over two million users are in Steemit is because kids are allowed a place to participate. #steemkidss now have a little over 56 thousand Steem Power because most kids power up their earnings instead of taking it to the market.

As these kids actively participate in steemkids contests and other activities, they attract fellow kids at home, at school and in the streets thereby adding to the growth of both steemkids community and Steemit Platform.
