Steem is a fantastic blockchain project where your stake increases every day. As long as you're doing something. And, of course, the more active you are, the higher your stake becomes and the higher you grow and earn. And no, I'm not talking about massive quantities of power; simply increasing your SP by posting and curating is sufficient, but you must be consistent. Every day, SP is added to your stake.
