Ingredients

The first thing you guys need to do is to get a vessel in which you can prepare your biryani masala.First of all you have to take two medium sized onions and finely chop them in the pot. Then add ghee to it and brown it lightly. As soon as it turns light brown, take out half of the onion in a bowl. Add half a kilo of chicken and garlic ginger paste to half of the onion and mix well.

As soon as you see that the color of the masala is getting good, add two medium size tomatoes in it and add red chilli and salt and biryani masala and pesa dhaneya in it. And keep stirring it well so that your spices are get ready. A good roasting of the masala makes the food tasty

When your masala is fried well, add half a cup of yogurt in it. I use a lot of yogurt in my food because it keeps you healthy and you don't get cholera from eating it.And the food is also digested well, so you should also try to use yogurt in the food. So after adding the curd, prepare the masala well and keep stirring it well until it gets a nice color.

After the masala is ready, take it off the stove and keep it aside. Now take another vessel and add water to it and boil the rice. Remember that half a kilo of chicken will be better with half a kilo of rice. When the rice is cooked, take it out in a vessel and add the prepared masala little by little to the rice and mix it.

In the beginning, put half of the onion that we kept on top of the rice, which will make the rice very tasty, and then mix the Zarda color in it.And keep it on low heat for five to ten minutes so that your rice is well prepared.
