preparation 🌼

First of all, let me tell you that this pulao is a very tasty dish, this pulao is eaten very fondly in our house, so I thought why not Share a recipe of it with you guys. Hope so like it. First of all I took the vessel in which the masala is to be prepared and then added two spoons of ale to it. Then when it was light and hot, I added onions to it and started frying the onions well.

After adding the onion, I added the garlic ginger paste to it, when the onion turned brown, then slowly added the green chillies and tomatoes. If possible, add some water in it so that the masala does not stick to the bottom, and after mixing the masala well, slowly press the spices.

Because pulao contains mild tomato and green chillies, the spices need to be ground well so that the spices are absorbed well. Then after you guys see that the spice has dissolved well and then add the peas inside it. After adding the peas It has to be cooked well in the masala and well cooked first. Then add carrots in it. Then after that it should be roasted well for about ten to five minutes until the spices are well absorbed in these vegetables and a little oil comes up.

After that, add water from rice limit to it, add a glass of water more than the number of glasses of rice and spit on the cap of and let it rise. When it boils, add rice to it and cook well. When the water dries up, drain the rice.

Open the rice after 5 minutes if you like cooked rice then open the lid after about 10 minutes but my rice cook quickly so I open the cap after 5 minutes then check the rice.
