Today I'm going to participate in the Steem Kids & Parents Community Engagement Challenge. Today's Contest Topic:- SEC14 WK:#5: Charity Begins at home.

We constantly need the help of others to survive. Many of us help others but many do not. Our help can usually start with family. Many of our family are not financially strong. If they need any help then we can start our charity work with them. We will certainly help others but only after mobilizing the family member first.

My view on charity:-Charity is a great virtue. This charity can bring tolerance to the world. Those who are well-rounded in our society can donate part of their wealth and make it sustainable. Charity in my opinion is not giving alms but pulling a person out of his situation by the hand. In a word, it can be said to cooperate.
Yes, I believe our charity should start at home. Many in our community or family members are struggling financially. We should cooperate with them earlier. If our family members return to their economic condition well then we can build a better society from our own family. Many members of our family cannot continue their children's education due to money, due to which the number of educated people decreases. If we help those members of our family then they can do good work for the country and gain family reputation.

According to Islam, charity is a way for us to go to heaven.Islam commands us to distribute a portion of our wealth to the poor. What we commonly call Zakat. According to Islam, giving food to a starving person is a great good deed which can be equivalent to our 1000 days of worship. These sayings of Islam generally inspire me to help people from different communities.Giving food, clothing and shelter to someone is a great charity declared in Islam.
There are some people in the society who donate to show others. These actions are an act of hatred. They make a name for themselves for some time. Such people promote their donation pictures more on social media. But there are some charities that, if promoted, inspire others to donate as well. We have many Facebook groups where we post about donating blood. After seeing these posts, one decided to donate blood. But I think it is better to keep the price secret. There are many middle class people in our society who are respected but have no food at home. They cannot ask others for fear of respect. I think it is better to donate such people to us secretly. The highest number of such people have been seen during Covid-19. So I think it is better not to promote food donation.

Yesterday I did charity work for my family. Some of us made some food for the poor people in the area. About 400-500 members had food. We made these dishes with the family members of all those who worked with us earlier. These foods have already been given to our family members. Then we take the food to donate to the people outside. Through this work we have been able to support the poor people of the area along with the family.

I would like to tell others about charity that there is no better act than giving . We should donate some amount of food or money to a person every day. May the Creator save us from all dangers in return for this gift. Just as charity brings smiles to others' faces, it instills a sense of well-being in oneself. So we all try to move the society and family forward by helping in charity work.

To please the needy with something without the condition of charity. Charity is a noble and humanitarian act. I agree with this that charity should start from home because according to Islam one should give priority to one's close relative in need. I strongly believe that it is better to keep donations secret rather than broadcasting them. Give charity as it is in the hadith, if you donate with the right hand, the left hand should not know. When we are talking about charity then it doesn't mean that it shouldn't start from large scale or it should start from small scale but the intentions should be very high and if they are from heart then it means that these are the intentions of high level I wish you good luck this engagement challenge.
