How are you all? Hope you are well by God's grace. I am also fine by the grace of God. Today I am going to participate in @udyliciouz's contest. The name of the contest is What Are Social Problems? I hope everyone will like it.

1. What are social issues or problems?

Social problems:
This is a harmful problem that creates obstacles in everyday life of society. It hinders the development of society and the country. There are several social problems in our country. Due to this, people need help to live everyday life in society.

2. List Ten soical problems in your country.

Answer to Question No:02

The ten social problems of our country are as follows:
1/ Poverty
2/ Drug addiction
3/ Abuse of women and children
4/ Divorce
5/ Political instability
6/ Population growth
7/ Bribery
8/ Murder, extortion, and terrorism
9/ Sexual abuse
10/ Commodity prices growth, etc.

3. What are the causes of five of the problems listed?

The reasons for the five listed problems:
1/ Drug addiction:
This social problem has negatively affected society. In this, the youth society is getting addicted to drugs and engaging in various harmful activities. Abuse of women and children has increased in society by taking drugs. The number of drug addicts is increasing due to the weakness of law enforcement and the lack of family education in our country.

2/Poverty:
One of the causes of social problems is poverty. The poverty rate in Bangladesh has exceeded 35 percent. Due to extreme poverty, people indulge in various evil deeds, including killing and fighting.

3/ Political instability:
Political instability is one of the reasons for social problems in Bangladesh. In this country, the government party continues to oppress the people of the private party. It happens in every government.

4/ Population growth:
Bangladesh's most significant social problem is due to the high population growth. Bangladesh is a small country with 1265 people living per square kilometer. It causes fights, lawsuits, etc. The number is increasing.

5/ Increase in commodity prices:
The leading cause of creating social problems in Bangladesh is the increase in commodity prices. The cost of everything has increased several times in the last year. People's incomes have grown less than that. So I think Bangladesh's most significant social problem is the increase in commodity prices.

4. What is HIV/AIDS? How does it spread? How can we prevent it?

HIV:
HIV - Human Immuno Deficiency Virus. It is a type of virus. It lowers the immune system of the human body. It is a deadly disease. Now this disease has spread all over the world.

AIDS:
AIDS-Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome. It is a sexually transmitted virus. No cure has been discovered yet. It spreads through the blood and semen of men vaginal fluid of women.

Ways to avoid HIV/AIDS:

  • Do not take drugs through injection.
  • Have safe sex.
  • Blood test should be taken.
  • Blood tests should be done before marriage.
  • You should refrain from sexual intercourse with more than one person.
  • Injection / Switch cannot be used more than once.

5. Mention and discuss two problems of Soical issues to the following: (i) Individual, (ii) Family, (iii) Soicety.

Answer to Question No:05

Individual:
If a person is addicted to drugs, he becomes a social problem for society, family, and country. For him, the development of a family is hindered. He comes home and gets involved in the abuse of women and children. He harms other people in society.

Society:
If murders, fights, bribery, etc., increase, then social problems increase in that society. Then injustice and oppression rise in society. Therefore, society is a critical issue in terms of social problems.

6. What is examination malpractice? Mention some of our activities that are termed examination malpractice.

Exam Malpractice:
By exam malpractice, I mean passing the question paper and copying something again or writing it from someone else. Exam malpractice is a social problem.
