Attend a Meeting to Prepare for the Have Fun Tania Event

I went to school to take the final semester exam as usual. After taking the exam, I received news from a member of the generation of commerce student association that a meeting would be held today. The meeting was held at 11.00 in the third floor trading hall.

On that day I was ready for the exam earlier at 09.30. I didn't go home right away but I waited there because the meeting time wasn't too long. Today's meeting was held to discuss preparations for the HAVE FUN Student Association for Business Administration.

The HAVE FUN event was held by the administrators and generations of commerce student associations to get to know each other, to care more, to share stories with each other, to introduce the missionaries of the commerce student association to the next generation. The event is also to share advice and motivation from the missionaries to the administrators and generations of student associations of commerce.

Finally, after waiting a few hours, it arrived at 11.00 I went straight to the hall. Not so many new arrivals because there are still people on the way. While waiting for the administrators and other generations to arrive, I tried to get acquainted with the friends who were present because at the previous meeting I had not had time to get acquainted with all of them only a few.

After waiting for quite a while finally all the administrators and generations gathered in the hall. The meeting was opened by the vice chairman of the trade administration student association as well as the chairman of the HAVE FUN event. After the opening, we immediately entered the first agenda, namely the election of a flag secretary.

Nabila Syacharaini was chosen. Then the second agenda was continued, namely the division of each division head: event section, consumption section, equipment and decoration section, and publication and documentation section. Then several candidates from each sie are selected by majority vote. The chairperson of each sie is elected:

1.Sie event:
Chairman: Nadila
2.Sie consumption:
Chairman: Muammar
3.Sie fixtures and decorations:
Chairman: Amri
4.Sie publication and documentation:
Chairman: Alif

After the election of each sie chairman, the second agenda was closed and continued to the third agenda. The third agenda is the distribution of members for each sie earlier. For the first member event sie on my own. Then there are several other friends that form:

• Sie event
  Chairman: Nadila
  Members: Muna, Nadya, Melinda, Jul Putra.

Then followed by the selection of other members so that it is formed as below:

• Sie consumption
  Chairman: Muammar
  Members: Aurora,Bila,Oja,Nanda

• Sie equipment and decorations
  Head: Amri
  Members: Alya, Bayu, Manda

• Sie publications and documentation
  Chairman: Alif
  Members: Mifta, Mita,Goddess,Isma

After all the members were formed finally the third agenda was completed. Then proceed with the fourth agenda, namely exposure of each sie head to their working mechanism. The presentation started from the chairman of the event. Nadila began to explain what the duties of the event members were, such as what the Have fun event would be like, as well as the schedule for each event later during Have fun.

Furthermore, Muammar explained that later we would all carry out fires for consumption and he also explained the spending plan. Then Amri explained that they would prepare mats such as mats, as well as help with equipment for the event because the event would be holding a game, and help prepare the needs for consumption.

Finally, Alif explained that they would take photos of any activities that took place during the event for documentation and to be published on social media. After all the presentations are finished, the fourth agenda is finished. The last agenda is the closing of the chief executive to close the meeting with agreements and decisions that have been mutually agreed upon and with the conclusions as mentioned above, a committee has been formed for the have fun event of the association of trade administration students together with demisioners.

The have fun event that will be held, the committee is all generations of student associations of commerce because it aims to train new generations. The meeting was closed with the words wassalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu.
