I agree with you that it is really difficult to forgive and let go displeasure we got from people and sometimes we felt like not forgiving at all, it's obvious to everyone because we're not perfect as humans. But we got a lot of happiness when we forgive and let go of it, we got peace if mind, we boost our self esteem and our blood flows well. When we forgive, everyone got happiness and peace reign.
