One thing I learn in your post is that forgiveness is like a lubricant oil that reduces the friction and het of a car, this means that forgiveness reduces the burdens in our heart and it set free our mind from depression, I agree that exercising forgiveness in a family creates bond and it brings the spirit of togetherness as a family. It is not easy to forgive but we all need to tried our best in forgiving others because we also need others people forgiveness, even our heavenly Father does forgive us so we all got every reasons to forgive others.
