What is basic security?

Security means to keep things safe and staying safe, like if you here that people are fighting and they shooting gun,the first thing you will do is to hide in a safe place,so anything that makes you feel safe is security.

In steemt we have 5 basic keys that i will explain.

Have you retrieve all your keys?

I was given digital keys as my auntie use to call it they are,
Master password
Owner key
Memo key
Posting key
Active key

Do you know the functions and restrictions of those keys?

• Posting key,is the one i use to login and write post, make coment and very soon i will use it to upvote or down vote,i also used it to resteem post for many to see it.

• Active key is used for power up and to transfer steem or SBD to another steemian

• Memo key is to unlock transaction

• Owner key is to recover an account or to change password

• Master password is the key that created other keys,if you misplaced it ,it means you have lost your account.

##$ Ho do you plan to keep your master password safe?

• It was saved in my email the day i registered on steemit, and i have copied out to keep it safe offline

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another user?

Yes : login to your wallet, click on the arow beside steem,then click on transfer, another page will come up imput the name of the user you want to transfer it to ,put the amount and click on next

Do you know how to power up your seteem token?

When you login to steemit wallet, click on the same arrow close to steem, click on power up

Put the amount you want to power and click on power up
