Hello friends.. how are you doing? I trust things are just going as planned? It's my delight to bring you all to my blog post once again. In today's discussion, we are going to talk about exam malpractice and it's effects. My participation is below; 😊

The Evil Effects Of Examination Malpractice In Our Society

Examination Malpractice is gradually becoming the order of the day in our schools today. What does examination malpractice really mean? It refers to the act of cheating during examinations. Parents and teachers nowadays aid students in examination malpractice. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed.

The evil effects of examination malpractice includes dishonesty, professional inefficiency, expulsion,etc. Children who engage in examination malpractice are more likely to be dishonest in other aspects of life. They end up being fraudulent in the future when they occupy positions of authority. Another effect is that it leads to professional inefficiency. A student who had cheated his way through to the higher institution will be professionally inefficient because he would be unable to defend his certificate whenever the need arises.

Moreso, it could also lead to explusion. A child who is caught in the act could be expelled and eventually bring shame to his family and society at large. Aside from expulsion, he could be imprisoned for a number of years and when he is finally released, he would face difficulty getting a job as no one would want to employ an ex-convict. This has led to the increase in the number of thugs we have in our streets today perpetrating crimes.

In Conclusion, examination malpractice should be discouraged to study and prepare for their examinations. Parents can discouraged this by avoiding the payment of brides for special centres and counselling students whenever they have difficulties in their academics. There should be reward for those who perform well so that the others weak students can be encouraged.
