Thank you for stopping by. Vegetables are part of plants that are consume by humans. It is also called leafy greens leaves. In this soup Ugu leaves is what I used.

Egusi soup is a soup thickened with the seeds. It is best known in West Africa most especially Nigeria, with considerable local variations.

    Thank you for the description of this vegetable. first leaves are not available in my country and second cucumber seeds are known to be available here.
