Your recipe is so different, I want to know what your vegetables are and egusi, but I couldn't figure it out. If you know its English name, let me know.
Thank you for stopping by. Vegetables are part of plants that are consume by humans. It is also called leafy greens leaves. In this soup Ugu leaves is what I used.

Egusi soup is a soup thickened with the seeds. It is best known in West Africa most especially Nigeria, with considerable local variations.
