Hello, Steemkids and lovers of foods, You are welcome to my post in which I share how to prepare spaghetti. Cooking is what I love doing practically, and I enjoy cooking myself.
Today in this post, I will be showing you the simplest way to cook spaghetti, which is the senior brother to indomie (noodles). Spaghetti doesn't require much water when cooked; if not, it would be too soft, which you may not like to eat. Some people like frying their spaghetti, whereas others like cooking it the way jollof rice is cooked.
Having said that, let me now show you how to cook jollof spaghetti. In order for you to prepare spaghetti, you would need the ingredients mentioned below.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Eggs
- Sachet Tomato
- Fresh Pepper
- Onion
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning
- Crayfish
Preparation Stage
- Wash and grind the pepper with a small onion and keep aside.
- Wash and slice the onion and keep aside.
- Grind crayfish and keep aside.
- If you are using fresh tomatoes, wash them, slice them into pieces, and keep them aside.
Cooking stages
Stage 1:
Get your cooking pot ready and put in a small amount of water, add eggs, and allow it to get hot before you can break it. Then put in the spaghetti and allow it to boil for a few minutes.
Stage 2:
After you have finished boiling the spaghetti, you have to wash it and keep it aside.
Stage 3:
At this stage, put a pot on the fire and allow the water to get dried before you can put in a small quantity of vegetable oil and allow it to heat before adding slices of onion, ground pepper, and tomato and frying.
Stage 4:
Add seasoning and stir very well. After adding the seasoning, add more water and allow it to start boiling before you add the parboiled spaghetti.
Stage 5:
After you have added the spaghetti to the food, add the egg to it and stir, then cover and allow it to cook well.
