Greetings to you, my lovely Steemians, and welcome to my post today. As a lover of delicious food I this post I have discussed how you can make and easy fresh tomatoes stew using fresh fish. Waoooh, everything here is fresh and fresh, which will make your stew yummy.
Stew is a recipe type that goes well with various sorts of food, including white rice, beans, boiled yam, fried yam, plantian, semovita, garri eba, and even bread. Stew is a common delicacy that is appreciated and enjoyed by millions of people.
Okay, friend, let me stop talking about all the different stew recipes and instead demonstrate how to make a very basic fresh tomato and fresh fish stew on a budget. Let's begin by examining the elements.
Ingredients Needed:
- Fresh Fish
- Red bell peppers (Tatase to taste)
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Sachet Tomato
- Vegetable Oil
- Onions (2 big onions is ok)
- Curry powder
- Tiger Thyme
- Maggi (5 cubes)
- Salt (to taste)
- Garlic & Ginger (Optional)
Cooking Direction
Below is a step by step photos and direction guide.
First prepare your fresh fish ahead. Wash your fresh fish very well,and put it inside pot add season,slice onions and boil before fry if you are the fried type.
Was your fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper and onions. Blend or slice them and keep them aside.

Use a separate pot and turn in Vegetable Oil, place it on fire and allow the oil to heat before adding Onions.
Add your blend or clice tomatoes, pepper and onion and fry till it get dry before you can add sachet tomato and stir.
Add season such as; Maggi, curry chicken, thyme, salt etc.

- Add your already boiled fish/fried fresh and a little quantity of water and allow it to boil until the stew become thicker.
After cooking your stew you can then boil white rice, yam, Plantain etc and eat.

Fish sauce is one of the simplest and nutritious sauce to preper. And the main reason I love it is it is high in protein and can also be used in eating different kinds of meals. Have you ever tried it with bread? Oh God. Delicious
Yes I have tried it with bread. Is best to eat with bread than sadin.
