ingredients
1 kg beef, 6 potatoes, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, one and a half teaspoon chili powder,
salt to taste,
- 1 teaspoon - garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon - hot masala guda.
- 1/2 tsp - nutmeg and jatri batter.
- 1/2 teaspoon - coriander powder.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 3 - Cardamom.
- 2 cloves.
- 2 pieces of cinnamon.
- 1 cup of oil.
- 6/7 t- green chillies etc
For cooking cow meat, first wash the meat with clean water, so that there is no blood or impurity in any kind of meat.
Peel the potatoes and cut into serving size, wash well and keep in a clean bowl.
All kinds of masala batter, batter, onion, raw chili should be finely chopped and kept in a clean bowl.
It should be mixed with spices, the spices will stick to the meat and the color will be very nice.
After that, water should be given in sufficient quantity, the amount of water that should be given for the meat to be cooked properly, it should be given in excess.
The pressure cooker should be placed in the cooking stove, I usually like to cook meat in the pressure cooker.
Heat properly for at least half an hour, open the lid again and check the amount of water and if it is too thick to make the meat gravy, cover with a lighter amount of water.
After that, you have to finish the cooking by leaving a light broth in a nice and pleasant environment, you can serve it with meat polao or white rice with khichuri etc., you will get the real taste of cooking. |
