You guys write about healthy recipes I love healthy food everyday, every time. Especially as a healthy food, I like surma fish and vegetables very much. Surma fish has a lot of fat. Which is very beneficial for human body. I think a daily meal of fish and vegetables is a very useful healthy menu. There are no significant amounts of other vitamins or minerals. Although potatoes are eaten daily because the starch in raw potatoes is not well digested by humans. When a potato is cooked, its vitamin B6 and vitamin C content is significantly reduced, although the content of other nutrients does not change significantly. Today I will share five steps of cooking fish with vegetables with these few ingredients that I have made myself.
Necessary measures

eggplant
Chop coriander leaves

First, wash the eggplant well and cut it into small pieces. And onion, pepper, ginger, garlic batter should be cut into small pieces and kept in a separate bowl. Then the surma fish should be cleaned and washed well. |

Then rinse lightly with enough water. So that the mixture of spices does not freeze down. Then heat the stove with a lid. After 25 minutes, the curry should be lightly kneaded. |

After that remove the lid and see if the salt is correct. Saute lightly, then remove the curry by keeping enough gravy |

Then pour it in a bowl and eat it with white rice or polaw, I like this fish very much, its taste is incomparable, you can entertain with this fish. |
