Thanks to our computer studies teacher for giving us this lecture about Microsoft PowerPoint Mr @ubongudofot
I will be giving answers to the homework task

1. Mention and discuss 3 sectors/areas on which PowerPoint can be used
   2)mention 3 presentation softwares apart from Microsoft PowerPoint
   3)write on your first experience using PowerPoint software

PowerPoint is a very popular software which allows you to add audio , visual and audio/visual features to a presentation , the working space in presentation is called a slide.

Areas in which PowerPoint can be used

• Used to make tutorials

PowerPoint is very useful in running tutorials, we might want to check or download how to Program,e.g python programming language, we will see the tutorial which will help us learn this python coding language, and many of this tutorials were made using this PowerPoint due to its vast functions, it has screen recording option which you can record your slide, which teaching on a subject or so , then skip to the next slide and so o until you are done, then you can click stop recording to stop, that's how many tutorials are made, to find that , you click on insert , then screen recording to record.

• Used in Education

PowerPoint has done well in the area of education, it has made things look easy, in the university , in one of your final year there, you might be called to defend a project which you will need to show the lecturers, and this is where PowerPoint comes in, you will make and introduction , like

Then your table of contents , and the contents it self, I was told that the screen is usually for the audience , so we the teacher or the person defending the project , we are not to cover the screen , or look at the screen too much , we should really focus on the Audience, and letting them see what's on the screen for better understanding.

• Used in business

Since we don't really have the business experience, we do see in movies , when big business owners will be seated round a table,and someone will be infront showing her/his audience a clear pics of the company with her screen infront , that's PowerPoint being in use, it is used to show more things about the business ,you can shows graphs , whether the business is growing or not, it can be used to store some data's about the business too, one fact is that it has multimedia capabilities, which if you use , texts throughout might make the audience bored at a point , if you could insert short clips which will be eye catching to the audience, as they will love to see the clips, that's PowerPoint for you , it allows you to insert clips, and videos.

my first experience with PowerPoint

I have knowledge about PowerPoint presentation,as we were taught on how to create and use slides, when I was in school, we were given different topics to present, I was given a topic on Microsoft to present,which was on footnote,endnote,citation and bibliography,

. It is good to store things up, I snapped this in school , so I was to make changes to certain things , so i took a shot , so that when I get home I will use the format and do it at home, I presented it, and I was asked questions on the topic which I gave answers, they were just preparing is for a huge thing ahead, I have and had a great experience with power point.
