Technology is just a tool in the hands of people. Not all mankind has learned to use flawlessly. While there is a process of adaptation of technologies, including digital ones, into human life, therefore, there may be a negative impact of technologies. People learn.

I agree with you. Technology would always be new in the hands of mankind hence there are upgrades every seconds.
And since it require a little bit technicalities to adapt to it features , it becomes an issue getting used to it.
During this process of exploration we tends to face the negativity.
