SEC17 WK:#6: My Family, My Pride!

I bring special greetings to my follow steemian it's indeed a wonderful day with its blessings. I'm so happy in my entry of this contest. Firstly, I will like to appreciate Steem Kids & Parents for organizing this interestingly contest titled My family, my pride which inspired me to expantiate in my own opinion of my family, so without any further ado let's get started.

I'm happy and proud of my family because life without a family is meaningless even when misunderstanding would emerge between me and my sibling or even my parent I would go in any length to ask for forgiveness and reconciliation which would make ways and better future for me. I'm the second to the last born of my parent. My father was an headmaster before he retired and my mum is a trader.

I came from extended family that prioritize in supporting each other when things seem to be very hard or tough. We live in peace, hormony, and care for each other, Impressively I'm immensely proud of my family because of the unity that has been on track towards our kindness, love, laughing and quality time we spent on learning things. I can't overemphasize expressing the love I have for my family.

Indeed almost everybody is proud of their family. It takes no motivation to grow heir but getting it cut does. I'm glad I came from a good and decent family who often realizes what is always best for me since when I was a baby, teenager, and at my present adult age. They provide my immediate needs in order ensure my physical and mental growth.

The first habit I adopted in my family which makes me happy and proud was encouragement, I was encourage to start going to school when I was very small and during those years anytime my mum is taking me to school I would be crying bitterly that I don't want to go school that I want to go grandma shop to eat akara because my grandma use to sale akara at that times. It is a mystery that I do reflect back and those times, at a time in my growth age my family start encouraging me to go to school and be mindful of achieving a goal.

At a time I decided to limit my crying not to go school after much encouraging and advise rendered by siblings and parents. I was encourage and I began to fellow my classmates to school, I make friends, we play without minding that our clothes have stained roughly beyond distress when washing and the funniest part is that we won't even bother because we are not the one wash them.

Every morning mummy would dress us to school very neatly and when we come back from school we would be looking as if we want to farm. Mummy would complain but we would do what comes to our minds (you know as children use to behave). but when it is exams time we would be mindfully focus on exams and write diligently our best. All scene scenario I never knew that school would be very interesting, if I had known I would've been crying for Grandma akara it is all of a little encouragement and advise from my family.

The second habit I adopted in my family which equally enhance happiness was hard-working and self believing. My father is a hard working man and a great farmer who never give room for unnecessary laziness of work though he was a retired handmaster and even when he was teaching he was still farming to substain the family needs. I could remember one day we want to farm, as I was working he said son no condition is permanent learn how to work hard and never depends on someone in life. I was encourage my his word that day and adopted it as well as believing in myself when working hard.

I also adopt the habit of depending on God in my day to day living who is the author and finisher of our faith who equally know what is good for us. And also I realize that we human may make plans but Almighty has the final decision. I came from a christian family though my dad and my senior brother (first son) they doesn't go to church, it is only my mom and my siblings that do go to church. I'm privilege that I came from a christian home which have help me in life most especially in the aspect of job opportunity I get through being a christian.

When I was undergoing my industry training at my senior brother place kwale delta state. The duration of my industrial training didn't last to its standard and the little time I spent on the industry training I received some life experience and when we were asked to go that the duration of the industry training had finished I decided to engage myself in house building cleaning work since there was no job to substain myself but the work was very stressful for my health. To be frank, I suffered before God use one of my member in church to offer me a company job which brings much happiness thankfulness to God almighty and I really thank God for his caring and even at present God has been faithful because I'm learning free work from my boss hands who happen to be my church member though I'm schooling but I do fellow him to work weekends and holidays days

I'm pride of my family because I adopted alot of knowledge, understanding, wisdom, norms, encouragement, advise and morals. Most especially my christian life which adopted from my family which had also help me and lastly I can't stop praising this God who has been helping me every day and night.
