THE DIARY GAME //19 JUNE 2024// FAVORITE DAY OF THE WEEK

Beautiful Wednesday Morning

I woke up around 6:05am on a beautiful cool Wednesday morning. I quickly did my morning rituals, put my football boots in my school bag including my charger, phone and power bank, to be charged at the stadium since the power supply in my area had became worst over the past few weeks.

I’ve come to love Wednesday morning more than the other training days because it offers me the opportunity to do what I love the most which is football.

Few members of stayfit club were already at the stadium when I arrived. I quickly joined in the warm up exercises before the main program.
We were divided into a group of 3 to do different programs simultaneously and each program is to be repeated for 4 sets before moving on to the other.

My group started with the weight program. We are to carry the weight on our shoulder and squat for 20 times for a set.

I moved to the next program called the mountain climber. U hold the tyre in a lying position and do a stationary sprint for 40 times, 20 each leg. I repeated the program 4 times too.
From there I proceeded to work on my abs.

We did plank movement 15 times per Set and 4 sets in total. I completed the abs workout with abdominal crunches. Doing 20 per Set and a total of 4 set.

My last program before the warm down exercises was the dumbbell lift. I sat on stepboard while lifting the dumbbell up and down towards my toes for 20 times. After completing my 4th set, coach @ngoenyi led the warm down exercises.

The Wednesday Football Game Show

Here comes the most exciting sports for me, football. I hurriedly arranged the field by Using tyres to form our goal post as usual. Every one was paired with a member of almost equal footballing ability to help balance the game.
@ngoenyi team were the blue team while my team is the multi colour team.

@bossj23 was both our media man for the day and Referee. He did a fantastic job in both duties.

The football never failed to deliver it’s controversial moments as usual. Our legitimate goal was chucked off because the blue team never saw the ball touched the tyre. We also had two penalties and my opponent had one but none was converted.

The game ended 1:1 and my unbeaten stat was preserved for another day. I bought two bags of chilled satchel water for both teams. A bag was consumed after half time, the other after full time.

Afternoon Activities

My wife had prepare a coconut rice the previous day which I enjoyed after I had taken my bath. While eating I received a call that products for my distributors have arrived and I should come pick them at Itam Park Uyo.

I got to the park and confirmed my products, paid the balance of #30,000 ( thirty thousand naira only) and Left to do the supply.

Business Time

The products belonged to only two of my distributors, Greglink Pharmacy and Subros Care Pharmacy both in Uyo metropolis.
I drove to Greglink Pharmacy to give him his order of 10 cartons of Ferrogud syrup.

The Ferrogud syrup is a gentle iron supplement with zinc and B vitamins, formulated to deliver an ideal amount of iron to the body while remaining gentle on the stomach.

The CEO promised to pay for the products before the end of the month by doing a fund transfer directly to the company.

I then proceeded to the second distributor which is Subros Care Pharmacy, Uyo. He had ordered for the following products:
2 cartons of Ferrogud syrup
1 carton of Mamamin syrup
2 cartons of Mamasea Syrup
20 packs of Fynmum

I was able to deliver his order successfully and received a cheque dated 5/7/2024 with the exact amount of his total purchase (#604,400).

Having successfully completed these two major business transactions for the day, I happily entered my car to go back home. I briefly stopped at the popular Big Junction Oron Road Uyo, to get some fried yams
