Whether you like it or not the times are moving forward. All aspects of life continue to experience development from all sectors, including in the field of technology. The world seems to have to keep up with current technological developments to the highest point that humans can think of, progress does not rule out continuing to increase and continue to advance in the future.

The smallest of human activities also do not escape the dependence on technology, household appliances are a small example of the many technologies that continue to develop. In offices, even technology has entered into every activity blemish, all growing and developing every year. This situation has encouraged humans to adjust to the current situation, Technology has become a driving tool of human activity.

The Era of Technology or often called the modern era has required humans to utilize and continue to develop all the latest discoveries in the field of technology, both as a primary need or companion needs in terms of activity. This cannot be separated from the human desire to be able to do everything effectively and efficiently, this ease is what drives people to look for ways so that these desires can be achieved. The ideas of those who know the field of technology are what drive progress in the field, of course, according to their expertise in certain areas.

Today's technological advances have two opposing sides, both globally and regionally. in the narrow sense can cause a positive impact, but does not rule out the possibility to cause a negative impact. the big impact of all areas of technological development is, that all accesses related to information and insights can be presented properly. in addition, all forms of access and procedures for their use can be used by anyone, which encourages the effectiveness and efficiency that results from human activities to achieve the goal.

The greatest utilization of technological advances is very helpful and has an impact on the world of health, industry, and education, these three much-needed fields utilize technology to improve quality and service in their respective fields. the influence of technology on the field of this field is very helpful to the world globally.

However, the bad impact of Technology on the world also cannot be sideways, this refers to where the increasing cases of fraud and crime in the world of Technology. not many people are entangled and also experience crime in the field of technology, which also has an impact on the security of a country and even the world.

Not to mention the wrong utilization of technological development, which leads to situations and conditions where people have lost interaction and creativity in carrying out an activity. this imbalance affects people's interactions globally, which may sound bad in the future.

I have a teaching background and am also a father of 4 children, really understand the positive and negative things about technology related to children. Technology does give a big influence on aspects of the development of children, but on the other hand, the use without restrictions and also less strict supervision will make parents and teachers feel very worried about its use, especially in early childhood. some concerns can be received from something bad, caused by the development of technology to children, for example :

1. easy internet access can potentially cause harm, and ease of obtaining this internet access. will be related to the possibility that children will receive incorrect information from any party, without them filtering it first.
2. being a brainwashing medium, it means that it may trigger verbal violence, due to receiving information related to disputes and intolerance and all other triggers of information inaccuracies
3. can enter the territory of the region of the action of fraud and also porn action, which will adversely affect the mental state of children. that's because they do have not good thinking power to understand the actual function of technology.
4. technology is also sometimes the easiest place to plagiarism, which will make them poor in creativity and kill rational thinking.
5. it will even be a source of problems related to narcotics and also drugs, or in other words, can make free transactions without supervision.
6. and finally the loss of the best time for children through their childhood, it does not escape through the interaction of the online world that they do and put aside the actual interaction.

As I mentioned above, technology is evolving on two different sides. one side becomes a good source of knowledge to follow, on the other hand, a serious threat that might cause a crime and also can change the mindset that is not good for children. these two sides are a challenge and must be faced by parents and teachers, how to provide a good and proper understanding of the use of technology.

With the access and openness of the current technological era, it makes the task of parents and teachers increasingly difficult to provide this understanding. even we are too difficult to limit them to introduce technology because they can get free access and also learn easily.

However, the development of technology when used appropriately and with a high level of supervision for the age of children, then the positive things that can be very large. the level of knowledge will increase, either in the study or in detail. because technology is easily accepted by all people including children, especially children today.

So far smartphones are a common technology used by children, including my children. other products such as laptops and computers may be other products that are generally used by children today. personally, my wife and I continue to be in control of the ease of technology products that we give them, there are limits to the limits that they have to accept and we do.

the rules are also limitations for holding control over such technology products, among others :

1. has a time of use, meaning that it is used for certain purposes and permission from me and my wife.
2. limiting the time of use, meaning that there is a given time allocation. 2 hours each day in time not having schoolwork, and 3 hours in separate time in holidays.

4. Provide limits on the use of internet quota and its use.

In the end, we must accept the development of technology as progress, which can be utilized properly depending on the function of its usefulness. many benefits will be obtained from the development of these technologies, but also in need for caution in using certain technologies, especially for children. it needs high oversight to give them until later they can think Well of the bad and good effects of technology for them and the world.
