Introduction

Good evening everyone on steem kids and parents community. Oh yeah it is another week of the weekly writing expedition contest here. I'm glad to be part of the winners in the just concluded one.

Today which is Tuesday, the topic chosen by the team Is DIY/Arts/drawing and others. I chose drawing for today's article and I will be drawing a good car.

We learn new things everyday, so did I try to learn how to draw today. I can't possibly sit and draw perfectly which implies that I am into drawing. I was scrolling through the internet today(Facebook) and I came across this beautiful car named Mercedes Benz GLE. I have always loved the Mercedes Benz products of motor vehicles, they are high quality and good looking so I decided to use it as a way to learn how to draw and eventually make a post about it.

A car is a four wheeled automobile or motor vehicle that is being powered by an engine. It is mainly designed for carrying a small number of people. The first car was made in 1886 by Carl Benz. It discovery has made transportation easier..

Drawing A Car

The image of the car is below. The object and materials I used are
• a sheet of paper
• pencil
• Ruler
• Eraser and
• sharpener

Step 1

The first I did was to sketch out the car's body structure. After successfully creating a structure Which is the body, I got this 👇

That next possible step I took as a newbie in drawing was to get the car Bonet ready as wells as the front tyres..

Happy to see progress, I used my ruler in giving a straight line on the bumper of the car.

Step 4

I completed the remaining parts of the vehicle from the back down to the mid front.... after all that, I had a thought and decided to add a dark pencil design to make it look more beautiful.

Conclusion

Although the images may not look almost the same but they share a striking resemblance. We learn everyday so did I Iearned how to draw today...
