Hello kids last week Friday I brought up a new project that is physical education activities this is to make our kids look healthy physically fit and smart last week all the last week no kids participated but I believe this week you give it a try. Read about last week post here TODAY YOU ARE GOING TO WORK ON YOUR CORE MUSCLES
This week you will work on your core muscles therefore we are taking part in just to Activities. Core muscles refers to the muscles that surrounds your abdomen, pelvis and back. It helps you maintain an upright posture while standing and sitting without any support. Let's do two core EXCERCISE this week The windmil and squatting
BENEFITS
It's stretches your shoulders, arms, lower back and core.
It's improves your body flexibility
It helps strengths your brain
Play a motivational music in the background and get started
Stand up taller with your feet apart.
Take a deep breath in.
Now as you breathe out, bend over and touch your right foot with the left hand.
Breathe in as you stand up.
Switch sides and Keep going!

Enhances your overall fitness

Stand straight with your feet apart
Straighten your two arms forward
Next, bend your knees to a 90-degree angle slowly
Go up again and squat, repeat this for about 20 times

Please 🙏 do this physical activity under the supervision of your parent or guardian. Also do this depending on your strength so you won't get surphisticated. This EXCERCISE is for kids from 8 years of age to help them keep fit up while growing up.
